In 1989, T/O Printing's opening in the mostly residential town of Westlake Village, California made no headlines in even the local news. Our beginnings were humble, starting with only three employees in barely 3,000 square feet of hidden industrial space and managing close to $500,000 in our first year's sales. In the years that followed and in not one but two around-the-corner moves to larger buildings totaling over 60,000 square feet, T/O Printing has indeed grown-up.

It matters not whether our company's start was large, medium or small. What mattered were the philosophies of our founders that drove us to the success we are today. T/O Printing realized from
the start that to build a company solely on the basis of product or price would be insufficient. To create
a truly perceptible difference between T/O Printing and our competitors we had to meet and exceed
the highest standards of customer service. To further seize our competitive advantage, we knew we needed to build an organization that continually expanded our range of services. T/O Printing needed
to continually provide faster turnarounds and better pricing, and, lastly, to surround ourselves with employees that shared our commitment. With these founding principals, T/O Printing embraced tremendous growth over the years.

T/O Printing joined the team of Consolidated Graphics, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange, publicly traded company in July, 1999. With Consolidated Graphics being a national leader in bringing new technologies to its customers, it is no wonder that T/O Printing and its mirroring philosophies became a perfect match. As of January 2007, T/O Printing employs 128 people with a projected annual sales volume of over
$22 million.
